[NLRS] Sick 736

It would be really handy to check for birdies with a separate radio,
like a handheld to localize their source. That could prove the 736 OK,
just hearing its environment or prove the source is internal to the 736.

The 736 power supply noise is significant, especially on the power line.
When my 736 is turned on, my X power line remotes don't work and one
time it turned one of them on.
