I plan to be at Cannon Falls around 9:30 am this  morning.   Wx is looking 
dreadful, increasing rain and increasing  wind, so this is real IFFY.   KC0P, if 
you don't make it up to Cannon  Falls that fully understandable as I may boot 
it after that, wx  dependent.
