[NLRS] Local Osc Info

Hi John,
They aren't as good as they appear to be.  I have one (Model 1152), Barry has tried one (unsure as to model, but I think the same as mine).  Phase noise made it unusable at 10GHz... mine's around -85 dBc at 10KHz.  Mine also has HUMOUNGES (sp ?) spurs at 250 KHz, so much so that it looks like a comb generator.

The other models may be better, but the one I got to replace the DEMI XTAL oscillator in my 10 GHz XVRTR can't be used.
