Hi Folks;

Just a heads-up that in case someone is looking for a job as a Communications
Technician. The Hennepin County Sheriffs Office, Communications Division, where
I work has a job opening. I don't think URLs come through the reflector, so I
can't give you an exact link, but you can find the job description and
application at the Hennepin County Web site. The benefits are good, the pay is
competitive (or so they say) and best of all, it's recession proof. Don't be
intimidated by the requirements. You don't have to meet all of them, just a
"Mix-and-Match" combination. If you know radio as well as most of you do, you'll
do fine.
I don't get a "head-hunter" fee for this, just trying to help someone who may be
on the cusp of a carrer change.
