[NLRS] NLRS Web site updates

Made some more changes to the NLRS web pages.  Quick summary:

1) Finished entering data I have received for September 2005 VHF claimed 
scores.  If anyone has scores they'd like to share, or any corrections 
to what's there, please send them to me or to the mail reflector and I'd 
be happy to add them or fix them.

2) Updated several calendar pages to include the 10 GHz nets and the 
deadlines for log submissions for the various ARRL contests (Jan VHF, 
Jun VHF, Aug UHF, Sep VHF, 10G&Up)

In the process of checking my work, I see that I had a complete brain 
fade and have not yet entered ANY of the claimed scores for the August 
2005 UHF contest.  I guess that after it was over, I got so wrapped up 
in preparation for the August weekend of the 10G&Up contest that I 
completely neglected it.  Sorry about that.  I'll get to it when I can.

Other notable omissions that still exist:

1) Still haven't entered the antenna gain data from Aurora.  I have the 
data, but was going to make it a database type function like the recent 
contest claimed scores pages for ease of maintenance, but haven't got to 
it yet.  I may have to temporarily do the Excel export to HTML route, 
even though the current version of Excel generates horribly bloated HTML 
code when you do that...

2) I have to start checking the ARRL "logs received" page to get a 
better handle on who has submitted their logs electronically and who 
hasn't, for the September contest.  (If I didn't know, I marked the 
database with "unknown".)  This will also allow me to verify the op 
class for those folks who have submitted electronically.  (If I didn't 
know, I marked the database with "SOHP".)
