[NLRS] More "Logs Received" analysis for September

With now ELEVEN days past since the end of the September VHF QSO Party, the 
League's "Logs Received" page for this event now shows 356 logs as received 
electronically...I didn't recheck the number showing club affiliation but it 
looks like it continues to be a little over 1/2.

Badger Contesters and NLRS are now up to NINE (9) each in these listing plus 
I've heard that a few members have mailed their paper logs so let's keep it 
going.

Don't forget to submit or mail your logs and don't be afraid to ask for 
help.
