Yes, but when the ".5" is already rounded...IT could represent anywhere from 
.450000000001 to .549999999999 (you get the idea) so to really follow the 
rules of rounding, one needs to know what the decimal part behind the ".5" 
is.

Maybe the reason that BD reports 323 is that the "real" calculation result 
is something like 322.52 which would properly be 'rounded' to 323 if 
rounding to 0 decimal places or 322.5 if rounding to 1 decimal place. 322.48 
would tield a different rounding result for 0 decimal places but the same 
for 1 decimal place.

GL reports it as 322.5 km.  Under STRICT rounding rules, you don't round 0.5 
to an ODD number (i.e., not to 323.  You would round, say, 321.5 to 322.)

But... as Jon says, a points' a point.
