[NLRS] Test on 10GHz

Hi Mike,
I'm going to try REAL HARD to be there (for the 6PM net) tonight.  Want to
try stuff out myself.

NOTE: I MAY be across the highway in the big parking lot.  Don't know if
the way I'm mounting the dish in the mini-van will clear the mound of dirt
at Ridgeway Parkway.  I'll have 1246.46 on in the car.
