[NLRS] Some quick "Logs Received" analysis for September

As of about an hour ago, with not even 70 hours elapsed since the end of the 
contest, the ARRL showed 223 logs received electronically, a little over 
half of them with Club Affiliation.

I saw 4 for Badger Contesters and 4 for NLRS...I hope "we" (both groups) get 
some more in over the next 27 days!

Don't forget to submit your logs and ask for help to submit if you need it.
