[NLRS] CSVHF Society States Above Operating Event for 2005/2006

Hello NLRS land.    No, I have not forgotten about the Central States VHF Society States Above operating event.    In fact this year marks its tenth anniversary.    
 
For those of you who are not familar with this year long operating event, check out the rules on the CSVHF Society web page.    
 
Towards the end of September, after the VHF and 10gigs contest, I will put out a general request for those who want to post their States Above standings MTD.   Watch for the email in a couple of weeks and in the meantime keep collecting those band-States ..... the VHF contest is a great opportunity to do just that.    Also, don't forget that the rules do allow for both portable and rover scores ..... I'm thinking of posting my standings from the EN34is spot in Burnsville where I have 4 band-States on 10gigs (ND, VE4, MN, IA).
