A quick lunch time analysis. Here is a break down by call area of logs
received ..... this was a quick count so any error is mine.
Call Logs

1 23
2 6
3 2
4 5

6 32
7 3

9 3
For a total of 127 logs. Of these, 36 were for 10 GHz & Up. Last
year, in 2004, there were 136 logs received, of which 42 were for 10 GHz &
Up. This represents a decrease in logs received of around 6 to 7 percent.
This may cast somewhat of a shadow around recent talks concerning the
growth of this contest, especially versus the UHF contest, and that the UHF
contest should be merged and/or modified with the 10 GHz and Up contest.
It interesting to see where the activity areas are as indicated by the high
log counts from W6 (32), W0 (28), and W1 (23). It surprises me to see
low counts from W5 and W7, W8 land. Four of the VE's are VE4's (wahoo),
the rest are VE2's and 3's most likely centered with the W1 activity (?).
