[NLRS] 10GHz contest reports & Section

Jon and anyone else affected,

I agree with your initial thought, "seconding" Donn's statement of what he's
been told. I've been answered similarly when I inquired regarding what
section to report as a VHF/UHF Rover when operations are from more than one
section...and the answer was to list the section where the most Qs were
made. Since Rovers usually get rolled up into the Division and I normally
remain within IL and WI, not an issue typically for me BUT I, myself, did
visit MO, IA and IL last September and most operaton was in IA (though MO is
also in the Midwest ARRL Division); the wallpaper that I received indicated
that I was #1 in the Midwest Division for Rover. (This makes some other
situations possible where a different answer might be more approrpiate but I
won't go into that.)

Probably less of an issue for 10 GHz since, as I recall, the summarization
in reporting is by Call Area and MN and SD are BOTH in zero-land
(ten-land?).

Hi Jon,
Decisions, decisions....

But that's what I've been told in the past when Roving... most Qs =
Section/Call area, etc. that you operated "from."
