[NLRS] States Above Update

Same assessment on the formats...this "latest" version seems to be working 
fairly well, especially when I go to "View > Text Size" and select "Fixed" 
on the pop-out menu (this is in Outlook Express 6 that I am using). It SURE 
would be nice if we could have an e-mail reflector that allowed "some" html 
to get through instead of being stuck with "Plain Text" only.

Also, congrats to N0VZJ...49 States and Provinces on 50 MHz since July 1st 
of this year is QUITE an achievement.

This is the first table I have seen on this list that has
"made it thru".  I believe the secret to your success
is to use a fixed point rather than proportional font which
is what you have done by choosing "Fixedsys".
