[NLRS] Promotion for CSVHF 2006

To echo on what Jon is saying, please, ALL interested hams--in NLRS or
not--please consider giving the conference visibility by putting it in your
sig block.  Since NLRS is sponsoring the event, I hope many NLRS'ers will
help by taking this step.  But any helpful readers of this reflector, like
BC'ers, please consider promoting the conference in your sig block.

What's great about sig blocks is that they keep the event frequently visible
on reflectors both regionally and nationally.
