[NLRS] 222 W0ZQ/B

The 222.062 beacon appears to be operational  once again.   I will be keeping 
an eye on it for the next  while.   I did swap out the old stacked loopers 
with a new set, so I  would appreciate a SWL check for those with 222.   Also 
let me know if  it disappears or does odd things.
