[NLRS] Two meter e skip

FB 2M Es opening! I worked K7ICW, KT6KT, and W7OJT all in DM26 with
great sigs. Also heard WA0YPL in DM37.

See you guys in the June contest! I'll be operating SOLP 50-1296 Mhz
and 10 Ghz from EN44. I'm looking for 10 Ghz contest skeds.

I'm also interested in 10 GHz rain scatter skeds if any storms develop
in the next coming weeks. Let me know.
