[NLRS] Rovermania activity

Hello NLRS land.   As expected, Rovermania II (August 6/7) is shaping up to
be a big one.    Many of us our building on our experience from last year
and sharing that with others.    Here are the op's that I have heard from
so far :

K0PG & K9ILT/R's

That's seven rovers right out of the chute !     Who else ?

We also need active fixed stations.   I've heard from:

K0CJ
N0AKC (need some rovers in Wisc too).

Who else ?

Remember, unlike the VHF contests, the UHF contest is just a 24 hr contest
(1800 UTC Sat to 1800 UTC Sunday), so the maximum number of grids you can
reasonable cover is around 12 while four to eight is more realistic.
