[NLRS] GPS antennas available

A friend has a few surplus GPS antennas available that are real nice
units for use with timing receivers such as the HP Z3801 disciplined
oscillators or other fixed station applications.

They are made by Datum, have a type N connection and a base adapter that
allows them to thread onto a 3/4" NPT pipe.

They appear to be quadrifilar helix design with active preamp yeilding
total 26dB gain.  They are optimized for a good pattern even at the
horizon which is often an improvement over the usual patch antenna design.
