[NLRS] Good AURORA

  50mhz has opened up with Aurora.  Some better-equipped stations in New England and Canada are even getting whispers of European videos.  This is a heads-up.  Band is actually pretty dead, but let's change that.

  144.297 beacon out SW of Madison, WI is way up too.  Usually S 2-5 here and it's 20 over.  Might be tropo as well.  Or it might be a Lake Michigan thing.
