[NLRS] SBMS 2G and up round two

Had some troubles yesterday - like I said everything is fine now -
I will get the rover out agn today somewhere around 4:00pm.  Will start near
EN44da then move the 10 mi + 10 mi etc.  K0NY will also be out with 3.4G only
(1W and 45ele)- not sure how it will play but might be worth a try.  My cell is
507-450 8623 also will have 144.260 going.
Good test for the microwave sprint next week (already?)
