[NLRS] Proposal for 10gig'ing this weekend

Hi Jon.
Basically a good plan.
For what its worth, I agree that north on 35W/35 isn't that good an idea for the "Buffalo" group.  Buffalo and points W and SW of there makes a lot more sense.  Given the WX forecast, I suspect 60-80 miles will be the limit of operation this weekend.

My proposed "extension" of the plan is that after the Elko/Buffalo connection, the NW end moves down to the Grid Corner (Dog Lake).  Its flatter; more prepesentative of "flatland."

The land just W of Faribault and NW of Owatonna is hilly (Glacial moraine), but I-35 looks to be somewhat higher.  Should be a good test.
