[NLRS] CSVHFS06 brief update

My plan over the next 15 months is to generally limit updates
about the CSVHFS conference to one per month on the NLRS
list--except in the "terminal" phases :-)

To recap:  we had planning meeting number one in December.  Good
goal formation and pegged a few names against committees. I
finally typed up the meeting minutes today and distributed them to
the CSVHFS06 planning reflector.

We built a separate reflector for the chatter of the planning
staff called CSVHFS06.  17 folks are on there now--1 in digest
mode.  If you want to be on it and aren't--let me know directly
and I'll make it happen.

The event will be either 20-23 July 2006 or 27-30 July 2006.  We
prefer 20-23 July but are remaining flexible pending hotel
constraints.  Next task is for hotel committee to make site
visits.  That should happen in the next 2-3 weeks.

CSVHFS 05 is in Colorado Springs 28-31 July 2005.  Several folks
from the TC area are going.  First mailout is going out about now
for people to make summer plans.  Registration mailing will go out
in early May.  If you don't think you'll be getting a registration
mailing and really want one, contact me and I'll pass your info to
the 05 team.  Plus, the CSVHFS website will have more info as time
