[NLRS] A good day of 10gig rain scatter

Congratulations to all the rainscatter ops.  Itching to get into the
activity I have finished hooking up my scatter mobile and will be
available to any who want to try to Rapid City, DN84JB.. My home phone
is:605-721-6146. My new cell is 605-347-0614.  Leave messages at my home
phone as I haven't figured out the message system on the cell yet..  The
