One other note that should be mentioned with respect to log submissions for
contests.

You have to have operated (the contest) from within the NLRS "service
area," which is a 175 mi. radius from Winstead, MN.  Effectively 94W, 45N.
If a Rover, only those contacts made from within the service area may be
counted, and a seperate log needs to be done.
