A good size T-Storm popped up north of Bemidji and allowed the following
Twin Cities stations to work Barry, VE4MA (EN19lu), on 10gigs around 9:00pm

N0KP EN34FS (387.2 miles)
KC0IYT EN34JT (392.0 miles)
W0ZQ EN34IS (392.3 miles)

Barry was 10 dB over S9 for a good 30 minutes and we were able to work on CW
and SSB with typical aurora sounding signals. I'm not sure if Barry could
do FM, but his signal was strong enough.

I also worked Bill, K0AWU, EN37ed (167 miles) on backscatter as Bill was
aiming north at the cell. Signals with Bill were extremely broad, almost like
432 aurora, the broadest 10gig rain scatter signals that I have heard to date
.... it was like my tuning knob was at a slower tuning speed.

A nice end to a good weekend. Thanks to K0SHF for the local support.
Thanks to Ma Nature for the cell.

73, Jon
