[NLRS] Rovermania II, it begins.

In our haste to reprise the sensational Rovermania I (I think Rovermania is 
an event significant enough to merit Roman numerals) let's not forget our 
international VHF event.  That's right, the CQWWVHF!  It's only 6 & 2, and it's 
only from 1800Z July 16 to 2100Z July 17 and it only takes a year for the results 
to be posted but it's still an event worthy of promotion.

Since the "Rovairs Extraordinaires" had to miss last weekend's contest we 
want everybody to know that we'll be out for the CQWW, and we'll certainly head 
west from EN61 in order to make sure that we hook up with NLRSland.
