[NLRS] Channel 3 my last notes.

	Hi Again.   Boy its nice out here. Lets hope it stays this way for
the contest week end.  Channel 3?   I viewed the vcr tape and its out of
Mason City Iowa.    The call sign confirmed that.   Right now I do not see
any thing on the TV, but when I do its a very good clue that 6 is up.  last
the picture is not that clear lots of snow P1 - P2.  Thanks and enjoy the
