[NLRS] Rover sites on Google Maps

Hello.

A while ago Glen KC0IYT collected some rover sites and posted a web
site with details on them. I wanted to play with Google Maps API, so I
put together a page with those sites on a Google map. (If you are not
familiar with Google Maps it is a very nice mapping page, if you have
modern browser. maps.google.com.)

Features:
   * Grid lines marked
   * All sites on one map page, click on a site for a bubble with more info
   * Scroll, zoom, switch between map and satellite view

If you take a look, please let me know what you think. This was a
first stab at what could become a larger project (after my wedding.)

Special thanks to Glen, who updated his scripts to save me having to
type every entry into a javascript function.
