[NLRS] Is K9JK QRV yet?

  I have my antennas pointed toward the Twin Cities.  Noticed that W0ZQ's 222.061 beacon is 
chirping in here about S1.  That's above average.

  If K9JK gets on, can someone give a heads-up?  
It might spur some activity this evening.

  Monitoring 144.200, 222.100, 432.100.
