[NLRS] VHF Contest

	Hi Everyone

	I have been on the road for long time now.  But here is what my
plans are along with a winter blizzard,  I feel sorry for the rovers,  But I
will have 6 to 3456.  No 5 or 10 GHz,  the tower is iced up.  No thank you.
