What a bunch of fun! I not only got on with the old J-38, but managed to work 2 people I worked last year as well. This is becoming a tradition around here! Before heading to the barn on New Year's Eve to watch the ball drop with the XYL, a copy of the book "200 Meters and Down" by Clinton Desoto caught my eye. So I read it over the weekend too. Simply amazing how far Ham Radio has come. It's also fun to read about the traditions deeply engrained in CW and we all take for granted how they came to be.
The responses are starting to come in for the coveted J-38 award and the bottle of MWA Brasso. If you worked SKN and are not normally a CW op, you better check this out.
The rules are found here: http://wb0tra.no-ip.org/mwa/skn.html
