[NLRS] CW at 50.004???

I'm hearing what sounds like CW at 50.004 MHz and beaming about 315 
degrees from Bloomer, WI (EN45fa), about 10 miles North of Eau Claire. 
I can't make out what is being said even though it's about S4.  Sounds 
like a continuous stream of CW, but I don't hear an ID or anything that 
sounds like it is a two way conversation.  Anyone else hear it?  Time 
now is 0053Z 8Dec05.
