[NLRS] No more white noise!

All I've heard on 6M for the last 3 months was white noise.  Today it 
finally changed!  The band opened nicely!  Pick up several new states 
for my States Above 50.  Lotsa new grids toward VUCC as well.  Signals 
were up to 20 over at times.  Even heard W0GHZ, but was too busy to work 
him ;)  I hope this happens more often...I was beginning to think my 
radio had died.
