[NLRS] 10 GHz first weekend distance calculations.

I reran the distance calculations and found one  rounding error for EN34hl to 
EN24lx (Saturday).   My first email had  this as 142 km, but rounding should 
take it up to 143 km .... one more  point.   Calculations are based on BD2004. 
  

These  are the values that I will be using in my log.
