[NLRS] VE4 Rover Plans

It is starting to look like we will have the VE4 rovers on the 36 story building early ~ 08:00 on Saturday morning. We will be looking for Sissiton, W0PHD, K0AWU, NT0V, VE4KQ/4 for the next hour or 2 and then they will start roving west to pick up the 4 corners squares about 50 miles west of Winnipeg and then 120 miles west of Winnipeg.  It is expected that they will stop about every 10 miles on the way out.
