[NLRS] 2m liaison Rover + 10g distribution list

If I learn that K0AWU and W0PHD will continue with their original
plans, I will take 8-ele and a brick for liaison with the Rover group.

By the way, there is a distribution list being used by W0LMS's and
KC0IYT's recent emails that doesn't include w9fz at w9fz.com.  That may
be intentional :-)  or it may be oversight :-)

In our terminal phases to the weekend, please include me in your 10G
discussions.
