[NLRS] Reminder: 10G planning meeting at W9FZ's

All are welcome for 10G planning meeting at W9FZ's apartment complex
on Monday night at 7pm.  You may arrive as early as 6:30pm and dine on
Subway sandwiches, other food, and bevs.

Talk-in on 146.46.  Call my cell if you need directions 651-491-1077.

>From what I understand, much has been hashed out at breakfasts and
coffees.  So, the meeting should move right along  describing the
plans in full details.  I want to cover "what to bring" checklists.
We'll try to keep things moving right along.  I also want us to stress
how to make sure we are having FUN!  Even if other players don't move
as fast or as slowly as one personally would like, we need to keep the
big picture and have fun and tolerate and appreciate ALL players for
being there in whatever capacity.

Attendance at the planning meeting is not mandatory.  Word .doc of OPS
PLAN will be avail by Wednesday.  I will make a posting with a
downloadable location for it.

My biggest fear is that we have equipment in this town (region) that
will go unused on both weekends this year.  From my view, it would be
best if all equipment in the region was used on both days of both the
Aug and Sep weekends.  If it can't be, please activate the equipment
as much as possible.
