[NLRS] FS: Icom IC-451 70 cm all mode

This radio in good working condition except that the previous owner removed the dead AC power supply(12V DC out), and that the MOX switch lever is missing. Asking $165 with operator's manual including a schematic. I'm also willing to ship internationally if needed.

The TX and RX are split for transverter/EME/satellite use and a jumper cable is included (N-female for both). In the past, I replaced the PIN diodes in the T/R switch with lower distortion, lower loss because I had some laying around.
