S A D ..... contest. Second lowest contest score for this
event ever. Poor conditions I guess, but .... some good
signals at times. Worked N9LR 477miles and W9UD
421miles on both 222 and 432 with little difficulty also
W9FZ/R EN54 why so few others down that way???

NT0V provided points on 222 and 432, Dennis was
good copy on 1296 with his 150 watts, however my 30
watts didn't "cut the mustard".

Jon K0JO gave me a close call ... didn't work him on
222 or 432 until the last half hour ... keyed MANY times
for him over and over, couldn't get relays to him when I
heard him working others and missed him at one point
trying to get a message to me... argh

Only two rover contacts in the entire log ... what a
disappointment ... W0ZQ 432 in EN32 and W9FZ in
EN54 on 432. In both cases transisition to 222 ended
with nothing ever being heard again...

With the rover activity being west, south, east of "The
Cities" it is hard to hear and be heard off the back, side
of the UHF arrays...

Thanks to those that did look up our way ....

  222 --- 13 contacts 9 grids
  432 --- 16 contacts 11 grids
1296 --- 4 contacts 3 grids
10Ghz 1 contact 1 grid
                 ---------------------------
               34 contacts 24 grids

                      Total Pts 2,952

I knew the wheels would come off sometime, just
didn't expect this big of a wreck!
