[NLRS] WA2VOI Contest activity

I'll be on, but it certainly won't be a "high-energy" effort.  222/223.5
and 432/446 from home; 10GHz and a small 432 station from Ridgeway Parkway
(EN35ja).

On 10GHz, the location has a really good look from S through W.  Downtown,
too, of course.  Not much to nothing in other directions.  The small 432
station is mainly for liaison on 10GHz.

I'll be on starting at 1330 local primarily for 10GHz.  "Real" 432/446 and
222/223.5 operation will be from home in the evening.  I may get out again
for 10GHz Sunday morning.  (But it ain't gonn'a be 0700 !)
