[NLRS] Rovermania II and FM

For the UHF contest this weekend (1:00 pm Sat to  1:00 pm Sunday), for those 
who don't have weak mode capability on 222 and  up, look for FM activity on 
223.5, 446 and the other normal FM  freq's.   There will be an active multi-op 
in the Twin Cities that  should be easy to work on FM as well as several fixed 
stations and a rover or  two (when they are in range).
