[NLRS] Rovermania II rover spreadsheet

In the next few days I plan to put together a rover grid  vs time Excel 
spreadsheet much like we had last year.  I can also  reduce this to a text file.   
I think I have most rover plans ....  still need MHC and DQS I think.   I will 
send a draft of the spread  sheet out tomorrow to all rovers that I am aware 
of.   For fixed  stations, let me know if you want a copy and I'll add you to 
the list.
