It was a pleasure seeing everyone after a couple of years absence.
I appreciate the dedication of the antenna testing crew in some less than
delightful weather conditions.
The presentations were very interesting - I wish we had more time.
I remember the mention of one item and I would like some more information.
Someone mentioned that there was new Reflock design/board and the DEM was
going to produce it. I looked on the DEM website and did not see anything.
Did I hear correctly?
Any information on when and how much? What is the reference frequency? I
have a rubidium standard or several military TCXO to lock to.
And while I have your attention, what are the opinions of DEM and alternate
transverters for 902 and up?
Also what is the preference with NLRS - 902 or 903?
I have a Kenwood 751A and am building a 6 port IF switch ala KM0T, so need
to find some stuff to hook up. Goal is 10 bands total with 6 thru 432 on
the Yaesu 736R and 6 bands on the Kenwood.
I am using an old 25 pin 6 port printer switch to act as a band switch to
control all the relays, key lines, sequencer lines, lockouts, etc. Just one
switch versus some of the strange lash ups I have had in the past.
