[NLRS] States Above 2004 - 2005 April Request

Hello NLRS land.   With the end of April fast approaching its time to
update our NLRS membership's "States Above" standings.    Send me your
updates by noon on this Friday, April 29, and I will repost our updates.

The States Above operating event is sponsored by the CSVHF Society.  This
year long operating event is intended to promote activity on the bands
above 50 MHz.   The event runs from July 1, 2004 until June 30, 2005.
QSL cards are not required.   For full rules and log sheets go to the CSVHF
Society website at www.csvhfs.org and look for the link to the States Above
rules.

Remember that you only have to work 30 or more States and Provinces to
receive a nice certificate from the CSVHF Society.
