[NLRS] Quagi

Apparently my new Quagi on 432 works.  I could hear net control clearly, 
and he acknowledged me as a weak one but couldn't pick out my call.  It 
is mounted on my truck at a whopping 6 feet and radio is putting out 
between 10 and 20 Watts.  Next Sunday I will head for the Elk Mound hill 
for net.  Altitude is my friend :)
