[NLRS] Grid maps for Power Point presentation

I am looking for the ability to generate a jpg or other type of file that
shows a map of States and roads against a back drop of major maidenhead
grids and their grid lines.     Either a program, or perhaps a website that
does this, would be nice.    The idea situation would be to be able to
specify a center point and range and have as an output a map of States &
roads with grid squares with their lat/long in bold over the top.
Mapquest works pretty well it doesn't show maidenhead grid squares.

Any thoughts ?
