[NLRS] Upcoming 10 meter 'test

Tenney sent this to me at request, and I am forwarding
it to those that might be interested in the 10 meter
contest coming up in mid Oct. If anyone with 10 meter
capabilities and privileges are interested, the extra
couties and activity will be appreciated for those in
the short contest. I am planning on going out
rovering through a few counties if I can. Thanks for
the time.
