[NLRS] Sept VHF score

Donn -

A score is a score.  Lame is when you operate but DON'T send in your log.

Guys - keep the scores coming.  Let's get them posted and get them sent in to 
the ARRL.  I've only gotten scores from 11 guys for a total of 234k.  Where 
are the rest of the logs?

Also, I see the W9RAY/R log at the ARRL site with no club on it.  Can we get 
it resubmitted with NLRS on it?
