[NLRS] Attempt #2, QST & 10gigs VUCC

This bounce my first time for reasons unknown:
 
For those who receive QST, check out the bottom left side on page 13 ....  
who is that guy ?   I almost blew past him as his call didn't have a  /Rover in 
it, plus he is incognito.  Nice picture Bruce, seriously, good  job !
 
Also congrads to K0KFC for 10gigs VUCC ... also in QST.
 
PS:  From EN15kp (Sisseton) we worked seven grids.    W0/EI2AK obtained VUCC 
in one day.
