Thanks, Chris, for the summary.

Perhaps I should have done this before now, but I'd like to invite anyone who doesn't have other plans to join me on Mt. Tom. Or just stop by to say "Hello," and observe if you're not operating 10GHz.

Mt. Tom is located in Sibley State Park, approximately 15 miles north of Willmar, MN on US71. At the Park gate, turn right and follow the signs to Mt. Tom, about a mile. Park in the parking lot and walk up the (paved -- there are a couple of dirt hiking trails thee, too) trail to the Observation Tower.

I'm planning on being there at 8 AM Saturday (the Park opens at 8AM). I am now planning on being there through the afternoon. Sunday has not been decided yet, but if things worked OK on Saturday, I'll be back on Sunday. (OK, Gary ?) No cell phone, but I will have 144.260 USB with me.

It could be an interesting weekend !!
